We work in small neighborhood-based teams of three, so every client will meet their team of caregivers and know personally who’s visiting their home.  We would want to meet who’s coming into our home, after all.

Gone are the days of some new pet sitter showing up who you don’t know, who doesn’t know your pets, and who your pets have no rapport with.  We introduce our clients to the whole team working in their neighborhood, so there are no staff surprises for you when we take a vacation day (gasp!), or have a sick day (never!), or just have a full schedule and need our employees to stay at their usual calm and flexible pace (no packing schedules here to “fit you in” on an overloaded employee).
