We’re here for you, 7 days a week when you need us. Pet appointments are 365 days a year, 7 am to 10 pm. For existing clients, we can schedule your services 3 days in advance or more (or under 48 hours with a $30 Squeeze Me In fee.) For new clients, we can schedule services after you’re registered for your online account and meet your neighborhood team on a Zoom video call.

Weekday Dog Walking Visits
Whether you are working in the office or from home these days, we are happy to help get your dog out for their afternoon walk.
- Our standard visit is 20 minutes. This includes walking and playing with your dog as instructed, reinforcing commands and medication as needed.
- There is a fee for additional dogs and additional time.

Pet Sitting Visits
These visits are suitable for people that are planning to travel or are otherwise unable to tend to their pets needs.
- Our standard visit is 20 minutes. This will include all pet care per your instructions, monitoring your pet for changes in demeanor, walking dog(s), play time, clean up after pets, scooping litter, change cages, brushing pets, administering medications as needed, take out trash/recycling, retrieve mail, complete regular security checks of your home.
- There is a fee for additional pets, additional time from 30 minutes up to 60 minutes, weekend visits, and holiday visits.
- The number of visits can be customized based on your pet’s needs. Visits are a minimum of once dailly when you’re traveling (cats, birds, rabbits, tank pets, etc.), and a minimum of 3 visits per day for dogs while you are away.
Puppy Care
Did you recently welcome a puppy into the family? Does your puppy need some extra engagement or bathroom breaks while you are working? Puppy visits are designed to help your puppy adapt to their new surroundings and routine.
- Puppy visits are 10, 15 or 20 minutes long. This includes walking with your dog as instructed, play time, extra potty breaks, reinforcing commands, engagement and companionship.

Change in plans? No problem!
- Cancellations
There is no charge for cancellations made with at least 1 weekdays notice. - Squeeze-me-in
We can accommodate appointments booked with 2 weekdays notice or less, fees will apply.
Additional Services
- Comfort visits
Some pets require extra time to get to know us and feel comfortable in our care. These work similar to our standard visits but the pet parent is closer by. - Transportation
We can transport or accompany your pet to their vet or groomer appointment. Can be combined with an in-home visit. - Shopping
If you run out of pet supplies, we can run to the store for you! The cost of the items along with the fee for service will be conveniently added to your invoice. - Key pickup or dropoff
For clients that prefer to not keep a key on file, we can arrange a pickup and drop off at the start and completion of your visits.
All of our services include documentation of completion along with updates on how your pet is doing and oftentimes a cute picture for your enjoyment. Services can be scheduled through your online Time To Pet account or by emailing the office.
