Awesome experience. I was so nervous about using a third-party service for my cats Kiki and Archie. Up to this point, I had relied on family and friends to pitch in when I was away from home. But with an upcoming week-long vacation, I felt that I had used up all of my favors. My cat Archie is a rescue off the street and his reactions to new people really made me worry. I spoke about his background and habits candidly in my consultation with Maria and Dolf. They did not seem spooked at all! I loved receiving the updates while I was away, and I felt that my cats were receiving the best care possible in my absence. I would 100% recommend their services to my neighbors, family and friends.
